Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 2 cups grape juice
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 8 cups water

  2. Place eggs in a single layer in the bottom of the pot.2
  3. Add water, vinegar and grape juice
  4. Bring to a boil and reduce heat.3
  5. Simmer for 15 minutes.4
  6. Remove eggs from pot and place in large bowl.5
  7. Strain liquid through a coffee strainer and pour strained liquid into bowl with eggs.6
  8. Cover and refrigerate overnight for deeper color
