    1. Heat skillet on med hi, add canola oil
    2. Dip steak in milk then flour then place in hot oil to cook
    3. Cook 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown
    4. Remove from skillet and drain on wire rack
    5. Butter one side of each slice of bread
    6. Add steak, onions and cheese
    7. Grill sandwich in a separate skillet on each side until golden
    8. Serve immediately.
