    2. Spray cooking spray in large skillet and heat it up.2
    3. When hot place all veggies inside and cook on medium heat till all veggies are al dente and a bit browned
    4. About 5-8 minutes uncovered and stirring every minute or so.3
    5. Set aside and keep warm till crepes are ready.Directions For Crepe1
    6. Mix all ingredients (except cooking spray)in food processor for 10 seconds.2
    7. In small skillet spray cooking spray and heat up.3
    8. When skillet is hot, pour a ladle full of the crepe batter onto skillet and cook one to two minutes per side on medium heat
    9. Spread out as much as crepe will go for a nice thin crepe
    10. Spray more cooking spray on skillet before cooking each new crepe.4
    11. When crepe is finished, place veggie filling into middle of crepe and sprinkle a teaspoon of parmesan cheese.5
    12. Then roll crepe up and sprinkle another teaspoon of parmesan over the outside of the crepe.6
    13. Repeat step till all batter (should make 8) is used up.
