- Heat a large saute pan over medium high and spray with non-stick spray.Cook bacon pieces in pan until crispy then remove with slotted spoon and place on plate with paper towel.Add diced onion and saute in reserved bacon fat for 2-3 minutes or until tender.Add quartered brussels to the pan and saute additional 4 minutes, stiring frequently.Pour chicken broth into pan and bring to a boil
- Simmer 10 minutes or until brussels are tender
- Add more broth if needed.Toss with reserved bacon and fresh lemon juice before serving.Check for seasoning and add salt and pepper if needed.
